What we collect
When you submit a booking request through this website, we collect only what you enter into the form:
- Your name, mobile number, email address and (optionally) company name
- Journey details — pickup and drop-off locations, date and time
- Flight number, airline and terminal, where you provide them
- Passenger and luggage numbers, child seat requirements
- Your vehicle class preference and any special requirements you tell us
If you send a general enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and your message.
What we use it for
We use this information to quote, arrange and deliver the transfer you have requested, and to contact you about that booking. Flight details are used to plan your pickup timing. We do not sell your information.
Payment information
This website does not collect card or payment details. No payment is taken when you submit a booking request.
Where it is stored
Booking requests and enquiries are stored in our booking system, which is accessible only to authorised Sydney Airport Chauffeur Service staff through a password-protected administration area.
