Private chauffeur service

Corporate travel that runs to the minute.

Chauffeured transport for executives, clients and staff across Sydney — booked centrally, invoiced clearly and handled discreetly.

Start here

Tell us the journey.

Pickup, destination, date and time. For a multi-stop day, send the outline and we will quote the whole booking.

Arriving by air?

We plan your pickup around your flight — waiting time included.

Fixed fare quoted upfront · Nothing added on the day

Chauffeured travel for business — collecting an executive from the airport, moving a client between meetings, or handling travel for a visiting team. Discreet, professionally presented, and consistent every time.

When you are collecting a client, the vehicle and chauffeur are part of the impression. We present accordingly, and our chauffeurs understand that conversation in the car stays in the car.

For businesses booking regularly, we can arrange billing rather than paying per trip. Roadshows, visiting delegations and multi-stop days are best handled as one coordinated booking.

Arrivals with a meeting attached

Landing is not the same as arriving.

A business arrival has a different definition of success from a holiday one. It has to be predictable, invisible on the day, and it should not generate paperwork.

The pickup is tied to the flight number, so a schedule change moves the car rather than stranding it. The driver waits inside arrivals with a name board — which matters most when the passenger is a client or a candidate rather than a colleague, and you are not there to meet them yourself.

Where a visiting guest is travelling, we need their mobile number as well as the flight, so the driver can reach the right person.

Accounts

Nothing changes hands at the kerb.

Account bookings are invoiced to the business rather than settled by the traveller. There is no receipt to keep, no reimbursement to claim, and no card statement to reconcile weeks later against a trip nobody remembers.

For a company running more than a handful of journeys a month, that administrative saving is usually worth more than any difference in fare. It also produces one record of ground transport spend instead of a scatter of individual expense claims filed at different times by different people.

Working with us

How a corporate booking runs.

  1. 01

    Tell us the journey

Send through the pickup point, destination, date and time. For airport work, add the flight number and terminal so the pickup can be planned around your arrival.

  2. 02

    We confirm the details

We come back to you with a fixed fare and the vehicle class, in writing, before anything is booked.

  3. 03

    Your chauffeur is assigned

Once confirmed, your chauffeur and vehicle are allocated. You can follow the booking on your private tracking link, which updates as the job progresses.

  4. 04

    Travel

Your chauffeur meets you at the agreed point and takes it from there.

Days with several movements

When separate bookings are the wrong shape.

A day of meetings across the city is not a series of transfers. Booked that way, each leg has to be timed in advance, luggage comes in and out of the boot, and a meeting that runs over breaks the rest of the schedule.

Hourly hire holds the same car and driver for the block instead. Bags stay where they are, the order of stops can change during the day, and nobody is rebooking between appointments. For a fixed sequence of client meetings, we run it as a roadshow — the coordination is most of the work.

Standards

What we hold ourselves to.

  • Pre-booked journeys only — never a shared or on-demand ride
  • A fixed fare agreed in writing before travel
  • One point of contact for a multi-stop day
  • Consistent vehicle presentation across a booking

Vehicles

Executive classes.

The exact vehicle is confirmed with your booking. Capacities are the maximum for each class.

Corporate questions

Accounts and business travel.

Can transfers be billed to a company account?

Yes. Account bookings are invoiced to the business rather than paid at the kerb, so the traveller has no receipt to keep and nothing to reconcile.

Can an assistant book on someone else's behalf?

Yes, and it is common. We need the traveller's flight number, terminal and mobile, plus the destination address — the driver meets them with a name board.

What happens if a meeting runs over?

Tell us and the pickup moves. For a day with several movements, hourly hire is usually the better structure than a series of separate bookings.

Do you collect visiting clients from the airport?

Yes. The booking carries the guest's details, the driver waits inside arrivals, and the fare is settled on your account rather than by your guest.

Is there one record of what a company spends on transfers?

Yes — account bookings are invoiced together rather than arriving as scattered individual expense claims.
