About 28 kilometres, typically 30 to 45 minutes outside peak and longer in the weekday evening peak when the M4 is at its worst.
Is the train quicker to Parramatta?
In the evening peak it frequently is, because it avoids the motorway entirely. Outside those hours the road is faster, particularly early morning.
