Some journeys do not fit an airport run or an hourly hire. They are simply a trip from one place to another, and the priority is getting there directly and comfortably.
Point-to-point travel is exactly that: one vehicle, one chauffeur, collected at your door and taken to the destination. There are no changes, no intermediate transfers and no waiting for a connection.
For longer journeys outside the Sydney metropolitan area, tell us the destination and we will confirm whether we can cover it and what the fare would be, in writing, before you commit to anything.
Longer runs
Out of Sydney, in one vehicle.
Regional journeys are arranged rather than priced off a standing rate: tell us the two addresses and the date, and the fare comes back fixed and in writing before you commit.
Over a long distance that certainty is the point. On a meter, traffic and roadworks are an open-ended cost; here the number was agreed at the start, whatever the road does.
Where people go
The Blue Mountains, the Hunter, the Illawarra.
The regular runs are westward to Katoomba and the Blue Mountains, north to the Hunter Valley wine country, and south to Wollongong and the Illawarra coast. Airport connections at either end are common — a direct transfer from the terminal avoids an unnecessary night in Sydney when the schedule is tight.

The vehicle matters more
Two hours is not twenty minutes.
On a short airport run the class of car is largely a matter of preference. On a two-hour drive it is not: space, luggage room and seating position are felt for the whole journey, which is why the larger classes are the usual choice for regional work.
A Luxury SUV carries four passengers and three large cases. A Sprinter Van takes twelve and five — for a group heading the same way, one vehicle is almost always better than three.

A van seats up to twelve with five large cases. Over a long distance, one vehicle is usually both cheaper and easier than several.

Yes. A direct airport-to-region transfer avoids an overnight stop in Sydney when the schedule is tight.
