Terms & Conditions

To be supplied. Terms and conditions have deliberately not been drafted here. They set out legally binding commitments — cancellation and amendment rules, waiting-time charges, liability limits, payment terms and refund conditions — and those must come from Sydney Airport Chauffeur Service, ideally reviewed by a legal practitioner. Inventing them would create obligations the business has not agreed to.

In the meantime, the terms that apply to your transfer are those confirmed to you in writing when we accept your booking. Your booking confirmation is the operative document.

Points typically covered by terms of this kind, which Sydney Airport Chauffeur Service will need to confirm, include:

  • Cancellation and amendment windows, and any associated charges
  • Waiting time included, and the rate charged beyond it
  • Payment terms, accepted methods and account billing arrangements
  • What happens in the event of a missed or significantly delayed flight
  • Liability, insurance and limitations
  • Conduct, smoking, and cleaning or damage charges
  • Child restraint obligations under NSW law
