Events have fixed timings and a lot of people moving at once. We plan the arrivals and departures against your run sheet so guests are not arriving in the wrong order or waiting at the end of the night.
Send us the run sheet and we work to it. For events where arrival order matters, we stage vehicles so people arrive when they are meant to.
Departures are where event transport usually falls apart. We plan the outbound movement in advance — staggered where needed — rather than leaving guests to sort it out at midnight.
The end of an event
Everybody leaves at the same time.
That is the whole problem with event transport. A conference session ends, a concert finishes, a gala closes — and several hundred people want a car within the same ten minutes, in the one part of the night when they are scarcest and dearest.
A pre-booked vehicle is already outside. It was arranged before the demand existed, so the surge that everyone else is competing in does not apply to it.
If the event runs over, tell the driver. A booked car waits; an app does not.
Across the city
Venues are rarely where the hotels are.
Sydney's event venues are spread wide — Darling Harbour, the Olympic Park precinct, harbourside function centres, venues in the Eastern Suburbs and on the North Shore. Guests are usually staying somewhere else entirely.
Give us the venue, the hotel and the times, and the movements in both directions are planned as one job rather than as a series of unrelated pickups. For a group, a twelve-seat van is usually both cheaper and tidier than splitting people across several cars.

Arriving together

For a formal function, arriving as a group in one vehicle is simpler than a convoy of cars turning up over a quarter of an hour — and it means nobody is standing outside alone while the rest of the party is still in traffic.
Where the guest list is long enough to need several vehicles, we coordinate them so the party arrives together rather than in instalments.

Can you collect after an event finishes?
Yes, and that is the main reason to book one. When a function ends, everyone wants a car at the same moment — a pre-booked vehicle is already there.
Can you move a group between a venue and a hotel?
Yes. A van seats up to twelve, which usually beats splitting a group across several cars.
What if the event runs over?
Tell the driver. A booked car waits rather than cancelling, which is the difference between a pre-booked transfer and an app at midnight.
Do you cover venues outside the city centre?
Yes — Olympic Park, the Eastern Suburbs, the North Shore and further afield by arrangement.
Can you handle several pickups for one event?
Yes. Give us the addresses and the arrival time, and the movements are planned as one job.
