Private chauffeur service
Wedding transfers, handled quietly.
Chauffeured transport for the couple, the bridal party and guests — timed to the run sheet so the day moves without anyone chasing a car.
Enquire
Send us the run sheet.
Send the run sheet if you have one, or just the ceremony and reception addresses and times, and we will come back with the vehicles and the timings.
Arriving by air?
We plan your pickup around your flight — waiting time included.
Fixed fare quoted upfront · Nothing added on the day
Wedding transport is a timing problem more than a driving one. Photographs run long, ceremonies start late, and the guests who need moving are rarely all in one place.
We plan the vehicles against your run sheet rather than against a clock, and build in the time that the day actually takes. The couple's vehicle stays with you for the arrangement you have booked. Guest movements between ceremony and reception are scheduled so nobody is left standing outside a venue.
On the day itself, the chauffeurs work to the run sheet you have given us, and adjust with your coordinator rather than asking you.
The timeline
The hard part is the schedule, not the drive.
Weddings run on a timeline that almost never survives the day intact. Hair takes longer, photographs take longer, and the gap between the ceremony and the reception is where it shows.
Booking the car for a block of hours rather than as separate journeys is what absorbs that. The vehicle is yours for the period, so a ceremony that starts twenty minutes late is a conversation with the driver rather than a cancelled second booking.
Book early. Wedding dates cluster, and the vehicles that carry a bridal party are the first to be committed.

Guests
Moving everyone else.
The couple are the easy part. Guests are the ones who need to get from a hotel to a ceremony and on to a reception, often across the city, often in clothes and shoes nobody wants to walk far in.
A twelve-seat van moves a group in one trip, which is usually simpler and cheaper than several cars and avoids the reception starting in instalments. Tell us the pickup points and the times and we will plan the movements as one job.

What it gives you
One less thing on the day.
- Vehicles planned against the run sheet, not a fixed clock
- The couple's vehicle held for the arrangement booked
- Guest movements scheduled between venues
- Chauffeurs coordinate with your planner, not with you, on the day
- Fixed fares agreed in writing well before the date
Before the day
How we plan it with you.
- 01
Send the run sheet
Share the venues, the ceremony time and roughly how many people need moving. A draft is fine — most run sheets change.
- 02
We plan the vehicles
We work out how many vehicles are needed and when each is required, then confirm the plan and a fixed fare in writing.
- 03
Confirm closer to the date
We reconfirm the final run sheet with you or your coordinator before the day, so the plan reflects any changes.
- 04
The day itself
Chauffeurs work to the agreed schedule and take direction from your coordinator, so you are not managing transport on your wedding day.
The end of the night
Getting people home afterwards.
A reception finishing at midnight puts a lot of people outside a venue looking for a car at the same moment — which is exactly when they are hardest to find and most expensive.
Arranged in advance, the vehicles are already there. It is worth deciding early whether you are moving the couple only, or the couple and the guests, because that decides how many vehicles are held for the end of the night.

Wedding questions
Timings, guests and coordination.
How far in advance should a wedding be booked?
As early as the date is fixed. Wedding dates cluster, and the vehicles that carry a bridal party are the first to be committed.
Can the car stay for the whole day?
Yes, as hourly hire. For a wedding that usually works better than separate bookings, because the schedule inevitably shifts.
Do you move guests as well as the wedding party?
Yes, where vehicles are available — a van carries up to twelve, which is often how guests are moved between a ceremony and a reception.
What if the ceremony runs late?
It usually does. The booking allows for it; tell the driver on the day and the timings adjust rather than expiring.
Can you collect from a venue outside the city?
Yes, by arrangement. Distance is reflected in the fare, which is quoted before the day rather than accumulating on a meter.
Plan your wedding transport.
Send the run sheet, or the outline of the day, and we will work to it.
