The CBD is dense, one-way and slow to park in, which is exactly why a chauffeur is worth more here than almost anywhere else in Sydney. Your driver deals with the kerbside; you get out at the door.
For business travel the city is our busiest area. We run single airport transfers, half and full days of hourly hire for executives moving between meetings, and roadshows where the same chauffeur and vehicle stay with a group across a whole schedule. Because the fare is agreed in writing beforehand, the cost of a day does not move because the traffic did.
Evening work is the other half of it — theatre, restaurants, functions and corporate hospitality. Tell us when you expect to finish and the car is there, rather than competing for a rideshare at the same moment as everyone else leaving the same venue.

From the Quay to Haymarket.
We cover the whole city centre — Circular Quay and The Rocks, Barangaroo and Walsh Bay, the Martin Place and Wynyard blocks, Darling Harbour, Pyrmont, Ultimo and down through Haymarket.
Hotels are the most common pickup point, and the kerbside rules differ from one to the next. Telling us the hotel rather than the street corner is usually enough: the chauffeur works out where the car can legally wait before you come down.

The airport run
Eight kilometres, and the clock still matters.
The airport is close to the city — roughly eight kilometres — but that number is the least useful thing about the trip. What decides the timing is the hour: the Eastern Distributor and the Cross City Tunnel both carry the city's peak, and a run that takes twenty minutes at ten in the morning is not a twenty-minute run at eight.
So we plan CBD departures against your flight rather than against the distance, and the fare is agreed before you travel. A slow run does not change what you pay.

How long does a transfer from Sydney Airport to the CBD take?
About 20 to 25 minutes outside peak hour for the 11 kilometre trip. Allow noticeably longer between 7–9am and 4–7pm, when the Eastern Distributor and the city approaches are busiest.
Can the car pick me up from my hotel door?
Yes. Most CBD hotels have a set-down area or a kerbside the driver can use; where a building has no frontage, the driver will call and arrange the nearest practical point rather than leaving you to find the car.
Do you handle roadshows and multi-stop days in the city?
Yes — that is what hourly hire is for. The same driver and vehicle stay with you for the block, so bags stay in the boot and the schedule can move without rebooking between stops.
Is a chauffeur worth it for such a short trip?
For a single quick hop, often not. It earns its place when the trip has something attached to it: an early flight, luggage, a client in the car, or a meeting that cannot start late.
Can you collect after an evening function in the city?
Yes. Late pickups are common — the car is booked in advance, so it is there when the event finishes rather than competing for a rideshare at the same moment as everyone else.
